In Hi Room we offer an exclusive and personalized service that differentiates us from our competitors. We pay attention to each guest’s stay and we offer all everyone needs. We want to have a close relationship with the guest so that he feels we will help him in everything we can.
We will welcome you, help you with personalized recommendations (according to age, interests …), offer information about all services in the area (pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries …) and solve any problems that arise in the apartments during your stay.
We have access for people with reduced mobility. One of our apartments is wheelchair adapted, without steps and with a floor-level shower and support bar.
We offer parking service less than 100m from the apartments, without reservation and with an exclusive fee in a secure parking lot.

For those who request it, they can enjoy our free daily cleaning service. It takes place between 9.00h and 11.00h, if and when there is no one in the apartment at that time.
We also have cribs by reservation.
To make our guests’ stay more comfortable, we also offer some basic kitchen amenities such as gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, dish-washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and softener, paper towel, coffee capsules, infusions, sugar, salt and oil.
In addition, including but not limited to other amenities, in all our apartments you can enjoy a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, soundproof windows, air conditioning and individual heating, hairdryer, iron, and all the necessary appliances.
We have opening systems with codes, which gives our guests a great flexibility because it is possible to arrive the apartments at any time.
