I.- PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, BUJON OLLARES S.L./APARTAMENTOS DEL SURESTE, S.L. (hereinafter HI ROOM) informs users of its apartments, through this document, about the use and processing of personal data provided or to be provided when staying at our accommodations, and about the data protection policy that will apply.

 

II. CHANNELS FOR DATA COLLECTION AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING.

Reservations and online check-in or on-site check-in, forms on this website, social networks, third-party booking platforms, contact via messaging apps, social media, and traditional communication channels such as email, post, or telephone. All collected data will be processed under HI ROOM’s responsibility.

The purpose of processing such data is the management of the information received through the mentioned channels, to respond to users’ requests, maintain contact lists, manage bookings, fulfill service requests during the stay, and send communications via the enabled channels. Automated processing may be used for administrative, technical, and commercial management, including the potential hosting of data on cloud services in compliance with the GDPR. Only the data necessary for the stated purposes will be collected and processed.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, agreeing not to submit false information and to correct any inaccuracies. HI ROOM provides all necessary means to allow users to modify their data through our website. If users provide data of third parties, they declare they are authorized to do so. Likewise, users consent to be included in our platforms, apps, and related software systems.

Personal data may be shared with service providers, suppliers, law enforcement, and other public or private entities involved with HI ROOM, always within the legal framework, for legal obligations and/or for proper service delivery.

HI ROOM is not responsible for requests to access or correct data when they come from the email address provided by the user, as this will be assumed to be a valid request from the user.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If not completed, we will not be able to process your request. Collected data will be processed and stored under HI ROOM’s responsibility.

By submitting your contact, location, and identification details, the user expressly authorizes HI ROOM to process the data to manage bookings, the stay, and any contractual relationship.

In case of international data transfers outside the European Economic Area, such transfers will be made to countries with an adequate level of protection or covered by the GDPR or current privacy agreements.

HI ROOM provides all available means for users to update their data via the designated contact channels on our platforms.

 

III. EXERCISE OF DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS.

Users have the right to request and obtain free information regarding their personal data, its origin, and any processing or disclosures. Requests should be made in writing, including a copy of a valid ID, to the postal address provided or via email to info@hiroom.es, to exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, cancellation, and objection. Users may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.agpd.es if their rights are violated.

 

IV. USER CONSENT AND WITHDRAWALL FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.

Given the nature of our business, by making a reservation or submitting registration information, users expressly and lawfully consent to being contacted and receiving service-related communications by any means, including electronic, regarding their stay at HI ROOM and services provided by our partners. Such communications may continue after the professional relationship ends, unless users object through the channels provided, in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Users have the right to withdraw their consent for commercial communications at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To do so, send an email with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the above-mentioned address, as indicated.
